In 1992 I was spiritually and intuitively guided to travel to Sedona, AZ and spent time at the "Healing Dome" Center of Arizona, and was shown how to work with the 7 Chakras Crystal Bowls, tuning forks, crystal pyramid and Gong in Sound Healing and was immersed and transformed.

 

​The Heart is the key to all. It is through this layer and its associated chakra that filters all energies, thoughts, and experiences, which ultimately affect us emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Composed of colored clouds more beautiful than the emotional body, the fourth layer is infused with the rose color of love. This is the dividing band between the lower and upper groups. It is associated with the heart chakra through which all energies must pass in transit from one group of layers and from one reality to another. In other words, spiritual energy must pass through the heart process to be transformed to physical energy.

Conversely, physical energy will transform to spiritual as it exits through the heart chakra. It extends one half foot to one foot around the body*.

 

Sound Th​erapy is healing for the mind and body through music, tones, frequencies, & vibrations.

The therapeutics in sound​ therapy is delivered through tonal and rhythmic instruments as well as voice.

The tonal instruments that I currently use is a Heart chakra crystal singing bowl. I have tuning forks,  gong, Himalayan brass bowl, chimes and drums.

The right pitch or sound unblocks and redirects energy in the body. Sound works in harmony with humans’ own vibrational frequencies; it rearranges the ions on cell membranes.
